    these trigger happy troops use the usual excuse - he came near the fence *whine* first of all, so what? this is still Palestinian land, if he gets over the fence you can start doing something (isn't Gaza supposed to be NOT occupied?) secondly, Gaza is tiny, everything in Gaza IS near the fence. pathetic. i bet the IDF soldiers will get another medal for shooting that kid ....
