EVEN if this attack had been racially or religiously motivated (which it was not), it still pales by any comparison to the endless pogrom attacks through Northern and Central Europe of the 19th and 20th centuries against Jews and synagogues. It was unfortunate, maybe unavoidable and all efforts are required to prevent such acts but, nonetheless, everyone from Haniyeh to Sabbah to the regular coterie of "everything is the fault of the occupation" writers who grace these talkbacks with their one-track minds shoud take a tranquilizer.. or at least a breath.
