It is in fact not a right at all. And the Palestinians have not at all recognized that it won't be implemented. On the other hand, it is clear that Israel knows the "refugees" as they like to call themselves, will be compensated. As far as the part pertaining to Hamas' hudna, thanks for destroying the credibility of your entire post with that one so that anyone with even the slightest bit of fairness will dismiss it once.
