"remind Lebanon that Israel pulled back to the very last inch of the internationally sanctioned border" This is a great start, but it isn't the end. The end is a peace treaty and a complete resolution of the prisoner issue. Stop pretending that the withdraw was the end of Israeli responsibilities for creating peace with Lebanon. Where have the Israeli peace initiatives been since Lebanon's new gov't formed? The new gov't isn't controlled by Syria anymore, what is Israel's excuse? Too busy for a peace treaty? You want Hezbollah disbanded? Try making it part of a peace treaty in a peace initiative.
