There are so many ways Israeli government can deal with settlers All they need to do is pull the IDF out. Then they can even threaten to cut the electricity. Give those who wish to remain the means to contact the PA/PLO. Maybe the some settlers will be allowed to remain in exchange for help building the economy/infrastructure of the Palestinian state. People like Rabbi Menachem Froman of Tekoa should be granted the right to stay. A small say less than 50000 palestinians will be able to get right of return inside Israel. To see evidence of how neither side wants peace. Just look at Gaza. Israel doesn't mind making more enemies in Gaza with collective punishment. PA puts many preconditions on direct peace-talk, but loosening the grip on Gaza (an issue of vital interest for the Gazans) gets very little mention Is it because PA doesn't want any bones thrown towards Hamas?
