Emperor Constantin made a huge impact on Christianity, and The First Council of Nicaea was in Turkey. History of Europe and Turkey cannot be separated. If Europeans want to be true to their historical and religious roots, they should accept Turkey. Or rather Turkey should accept Europe. This will help a lot in reducing Islamist rise in Turkey and the whole region. We know Islam is completely integrating within Europe (who dare say no?!), so all will benefit.
