To ask someone to open his own bags is not "human shield". "Human shield" should refer to using someone to protect one-selves, from a third party shooting - which is not the case here. Human shield is a demagogic and wrong terminology, when referring to using someone to protect one-selves from his own explosives. Just go to an airport and try to say you won't open your suitcases because there are explosives inside!
