Why are you all concerned? Since when a declaration irritates Israel? All UNGA & UNSC Resolutions, Peace Treaties, HR Resolutions, International Courts advisory opinions, and other International understandings concerning Israel, Palestine and Middle East are resting in drawers, and never posed a threat to Israel. The Whole world recognizes Israel as a sovereign state, and the whole world is living peacefully with the fact that Israel is the sole exceptional state beyond International norms and treaties. I do not understand why Israel is still claiming that there is a peace process. We keep reading Israeli officials statements that Israel has no partner for peace ? and now with the coming EU declaration (if declared and if made a difference), Officials are saying that this declaration harms the peace process. The facts on the ground shows a situation best described as an occupation power which is killing people, imprisoning people, isolating regions, confiscating lands, demolishing houses, oppressing freedoms. Simply, controlling every and each aspect of the Palestinian life. And yet, the world is living with it. So why bother? Let the EU declaration join other papers in drawers.
