I realize that you are being sarcastic. But, if the Pals are citizens then they should be tried in Israeli civilian courts. If they are not citizens, then they may be tried in any court having Jurisdiction. That might be traffic courts for minor traffic violations or a traffic accident. Or, it could be in some superior court for a more serious criminal event that does not include making war on Israeli. Even if the Israelis who vandalized the IDF base and hurt the officer were caught in the very act, they should be turned over to civilian courts for trial. Only Courts Martial should try cases for crimes committed by the military against the military or for act by the military while in combat.
