El Al is one of the safest and best airlines in the world. That's why we even know about this unfortunate event. Many other airlines employ less experienced pilots and have way worse security ratings. Concerning the cabin quality I can ensure you that most european and american airlines do not reach the quality levels that El Al can offer you. No matter if flying business or economy. El Al continues to offer much better quality than almost all of its competitors. In Economy Class I would even say that EL AL has the best service of all Airlines that fly to TLV. Just think of the good food and the hot napkins and then think of the bad service that most european carreirs nowadays offer.
