Ehud Barak first approves the construction of 455 new houses in West Bank, and turns around and says "Freeze in West Bank settlements a national necessity". He is saying different and contradictory things from two ends of his mouth. It seems he is terribly confused. The EU should stop pleading with the Israelis to freeze the constructions. It's time to act, and pass sanctions against Israel at the UN security council. Barack Obama has learnt to readily say no to gays in the military, but he is reluctant to say no to Israel regarding the settlements, and is going along with this mindboggling Israeli decision to build more houses. At least the Palestinians know that they can not create a state on scraps of left over land. If the Palestinians really wish to create Palestine, Hamas and the PA should first unite. Without unity they can forget about creating Palestine.
