Why is everyone so surprised at those developments? We have discussed the likelihood of this scenario to happen for months. Firstly, about Egypt. Every treaty Egypt has signed or every pledge they have made were always strategic and like every muslim treaty is ment to be broken at the first available opportunity. Pointing a blaming finger at this stage is useless on anybody's part. Ask if anyone cares? Secondly, you don't close the barn after the horses have been stolen. Whatever was brought in or will be brought in has been or will be done. If Hamas wants to participate in elections and PA does not object, let them do so. Let them run Gaza however they want and do to each other whatever they want. However, one thing must be done. Place the whole world on absolutely unconditional, very loud notice. Should any maim to Israel be forthcoming or done out of Gaza, the response will be very swift, very harsh and very indiscriminate. If this is the only language they understand and practice, stop talking with the blaming finger.
