Cutting off electricity WILL be effective .. in at least the following sense: Let Isarel monitor the sales of cnadles in Gaza.. and by its surge detect when a Kassam barage is about to be lunched.. then the Sderot residents can be asked to take cover, the childern can be prevented from playing outdors etc... By the way this is one item, candles, that should not be restricted from enetring gaza.. just tax it heveally and let it be known that the proceds are to be used to reinforce the pribvate and public constructions in Sderot to protect the residents from the Kazzams.. Moreover.. perhaps the residents of Gaza will start to feel that it is not in their interest when Kassams are lunched from their towns and will ask their government to stop.. ( No to sure about this one becasue these people seem to be oligophrenic) POP.. you just made me write a big check to the IDF.. I am sure they will want to thank you!
