There are no commandments against the eating of meat only on what kind of animals can be eaten and how the animal must be killed. If people want to eat meat then thats their right and they don't want to be dictated to by people who think their way is morally better. If you want to eat meat then eat it and enjoy it if you don't then don't. As for the morals if we all stopped eating meat we wouldn't see any cows or chickens because the farmers would not breed them they would not be roaming wild safe from the evil humans.
