I am very pleasantly surprised at the reaction of people like Qanta to what happened to Malala. The reason for my surprise is the fact that this is not the first girl in that region to suffer this badly. Somehow Qanta and the rest of Pakistan people were all quiet as if nothing had happened. Of course there is a difference, those poor girls lived in the next door, on the other side of a line called border, Afghanistan. That is the only difference. There are many girls in Afghanistan whose faces carry the same scars as Malala will carry, in fact much worse than Malala. Does Qanta imagine her face poured with acid. I think scars of those girls whose faces were burnt with acid are heavier for a young girl than simply being shot and killed. That is the statement some of those girls constantly make. I think being shot by a bunch of men, in public for the sin of having relationship with a man, is worse than being shot in the bus. That is what is happening every now and then in Afghanistan by Taliban. So my advice for Qantan and the rest of Pakistan's People is: You guys have turned the head the other way, with regard to the suffering of Afghans, for a long time, as you can see when you raise a snake chances are you will be bitten too. It is high time to stand againt ISI and the army of Pakistan and ask them to stop funding, brain washing, training terrorists under the name of Taliban.
