Howdy Dutch; Israel is not in violation of UNSCR 242 until after the Palestinians agree to a little clause contained therein, namely: "Termination of all claims or states of belligerency and respect for and acknowledgement of the sovereignty, territorial integrity and political independence of every State in the area and their right to live in peace within secure and recognized boundaries free from threats or acts of force;" The Israeli settlers are not illegal until such time as the border between Israel and the West Bank has been agreed to. The Fourth Geneva Convention only applies to land seized from sovereign states and the Palestinian territories were never sovereign. Technically, they are "disputed" not "occupied", but I won't quibble about that. There is no "right of freedom of movement" during a period of armed conflict. In fact, both sides can impose curfews, checkpoints, and travel restrictions on the general population as they see fit to do so out of military necessity. The security fence/wall is not a joke. Billions of New Israeli Shekels are being spent to construct it. When it is finished in about two years, your Palestinian friends will find it to be virtually impossible to carry out terrorist attacks within Israel. Checkmate! Game over.
