He is still entitled to due process. Bosnia-Herzegovina needs to provide evidence showing probable cause to believe that he may have committed the crime. In addition, B-H should have a functioning legal system which will provide him with a fair trial. If not, it would be better if he were tried by the International Criminal Court.
