as damning.Cannt people see that fundamentalism isnt only from the people who dont share your world view? But anywhere that idology wins out over the human condition-such as the authors premice-and truth becomes unconvienent -sorry relgion is a large part of politics for ordinary people every day; then a system of oppresion is set up thats just as harmful and just as unrealistic as any other.Which is probably why your not going to publish this because this newspaper is part and parcel of that repressive system when it encourages messages such as save hanukkah keep relgion out of our lives. In this case relgion takes on its basic meaning of the search for truth;and not the secondary one of excluding truth and suppresion as was intended here.
