"He is tracking straight to knock Jimmeh Cahtuh off bottom of the "America`s Worst Presidents" list." L.Brnd. The latest Poll on 42 US Presidents is the C-SPAN poll taken in 2009. Carter came in 25th on the list with GW Bush coming in at 36th. So as far as post war Presidents are concerned he will have "to knock G.Dubya Bush off bottom of the "America`s Worst Presidents" list." The C-SPAN poll has a good pedigree. The C-SPAN Survey of Presidential Leadership consists of rankings from a group of presidential historians and professional observers of the presidency. Rather than a random poll of Americans, which by necessity would include a significant number of 'hockey mums' and other such n'er-do-wells who don't know why there are two Koreas and such like, let alone remember the name of the last dozen or so Presidents. http://www.c-span.org/PresidentialSurvey/Survey-Participants.aspx
