My understanding of the UN cease fire agreement is that both sides have made concessions. Those two sides being Israel and Lebanon. Wait a minute. What about the bad guys: Hezbollah? The UN agreement asks that UNIFIL strengthen itself as the buffer force. However, there would be no option for that force to use force to disarm Hezbollah or prevent Syria from respelling them. If Olmet and his cabinet approve the cease fire as it is drafted then shame on them for spending the lives of its citizens so cheaply.
