    What do you mean "one is too many"? There will ALWAYS be people in every society that are not entirely sane and are an unfair representation of that society, only because of how they are dressed. This woman may have a problem, but she is not the norm. To photograph one single person in this pose in order to convey a certain message is complete propoganda, because it does not represent what actually went on at the kotel. If you were not there, you'd think there was some kind of violent protest. I was actually there, and this was not the case at all. It is the responsibility of a reporter to report responsibly to the public, and this is entirely irresponsible. You can think whatever you want about haredim, but don't try to prove your point with a single picture that makes it seem like they are all that way.
