The analogy you suggest is fatally flawed. Jews lived in Eretz Yisrael, on both sides of the Jordan, from time immemorial. Also Arabs lived in the same area for very long time. There has never been any difference between the Arabs living on either sides of the Jordan. Transjordan on the East and Palestine on the West were artificially created in 1922. In 1948 the Kingdom of Jordan invaded Palestine, attacked Israel, occupied the West Bank and then held it for 19 years. PS: I suggest that you double check the irrelevant claim that Palestine was a delineated Turkish province.
