Angry journalists, who initially boycotted the session, describe subcommittee's claims to be part of a 'witch hunt,' and slam Israel's 'authoritarian' efforts to clamp down on the media.14:27 09.02.16 | 2 comments
It's a great state of affairs when IDF soldiers don't take seriously the existence of, nor the threats facing, their country. Such childishly cavalier behavior reflects poorly on the IDF and its leadership, and the leadership of the country. It's guaranteed that all of Iran's surrogates take their sworn objective of destroying Israel very seriously. Unfortunately, it will take a blood bath on a large scale to wake Israelis up and provide some unity among its citizens. The silly and immature behavior and thoughts that dominate the "Me" generation of the US has found fertile ground among young Israelis, and those people can ill afford such excess. I feel badly for all of those who gave their lives to so that a Jewish state might live...this soldier will carry his stain for the rest of his life!
