It feels likes Netanyahu thinks that those crimes should be written on the account of Hamas. That is not precisely what the rest of the educated world thinks is normal. The rules were written to avoid lame excuses of war leaders like Netanyahu. The day Obama decides to stop playing it soft and needs to get the American public on his side, this speech could haunt Netanyahu.
