The quote at the beginning of this article is all we need to read. Judaism is what is. If you like it, fine, if not, find another religion or belief system that works for you. No one is forcing anyone to be religious or Jewish. That does not change the fact that there is one Jewish religion, and one Torah. You can pick and choose what you want to do, which religious laws you want to follow. You will be judged later, or perhaps not, but you cannot change the religion, or berate people that do believe in the religion. You cannot make the people who do follow the religion to stop doing so. Israel is a Jewish state. If that does not work for you, there are many other places to live. I don't care if you want to ride a bus on Shabbat, I don't want to drive that bus on Shabbat. You can do what you want in your life, but you cannot change what is means to be Jewish or decide for yourself what it means to be Jewish. Judaism has certain laws, rules, and traditions. You don't have to follow them, so don't. Just stop telling others that their religion is wrong.
