There's ample space to builld decent, livable dwellings in the Negev. We do not need soulless, hard to maintain forty floor buildings. We need effective rail and tram transportation - that's all. Time has come to plan and execute population transfer to the South of the country. This will improve quality of social and urban life in the future.
