What's more, in light of the recent decision by the IDF and Israeli military courts, thousands of Palestinians in the West Bank now face deportation or up to seven years of arrest. Companies such as General Electric and United Technologies stand only to benefit from the impending suffering of thousands. Furthermore, as Haaretz pointed out above quotation and what Benyamin Netanyahu himself publicly flouted in his speech at the March 23, 2010 IPAC speech, Israel not only manipulates its relationship with the U.S., possibly subjecting American citizens legally working in the West Bank to deportation, but also divisively invokes narratives of historical continuity over "3000 years" to justify the systematic removal of Palestinians from their homes and the expansion of settlements around Jerusalem and into the West Bank. This is another blatant disregard of international law and peace agreements, the latter of which the US has spent endless time and money to help broker. Netanyahu's conflagration of the Jewish people in toto with the Israeli government is a farce and an insult to the Jewish faith, morality and ethics.
