I would like to clarify a point, this case is not against communities right to keep their identities but rather the right for Arab citizens to have access to the same quality homes as Jewish citizens. The fact is the state of Israel does not allocate land for Arabs to establish small communities, only for Jews. Thus young Arab couples, has one or two options to live in a crowded Arab town with inadequate infrastructure, or rent an apartment in a big city. The option to live in a small quite suburb is a privilege for Jewish citizens only, and that is discrimination. What adds more insult ot injury is that most of these communities are build on land confiscated during the 70s from the Arab town next to them, leaving these towns overcrowded and with no room to expand. Thus is is a just decision against unjust discrimination.
