Diplomacy succeeds brilliantly with dictators. Joschka Fisher just has to look at how successful Chamberlain was with Hitler. The League of Nations was real successful in stopping the Japanese from invading Manchuria in 1931. Diplomacy is really great today in persuading the Sudanese to stop the mass murder of the people of Darfur. Sure Joschka, I am sure that Ahmadinijad will be really sorry that he has been such a naughty boy.
