Ami, in a perfect world I think you Re right. However, the Arabs in the past have demonstrated that diplomacy takes second position to jihad and the fight to push Israel into the sea. Exchanging land for peace did not work out so well with the evacuation of Gaza. I do not believe there is any one single Arab leader that could represent and control the Arab rogue factions from sending more rockets to Israel even if there were an agreed cease fire.
