The forthcoming report, GOV/2010/46. Section G, paragraph 35-37 discusses the dubious justification for rejecting two inspectors. Paragraphs 39-40 detail the nature of information not being fully provided. While many of the specific open questions are of a niggling dimension, the fact is that Iran is not in full compliance with the NPT. Nor is Iran complying with the Additional Protocols. Lastly Iran continues in violation of UNSC resolutions. The operations at the pilot plant, the enrichment plant and Uranium conversion facilities are being closely monitored. There is no diversion of materials going on. Thus the report to the IAEA board is neither dire, or satisfactory.
