Iran’s nuclear program is distributed over a large number of plants in widely spaced locations in the country. Most plants are extremely hardened, and it is certain that some of them are not known to Western intelligence. Disrupting this program requires bombing all sites repeatedly over a long stretch of time, to insure that the sites have been completely destroyed, and in the meantime it is as certain as you can be that Iran will not be sitting still. In other words it will be war, and not a raid. Experts are in agreement that Israel does not have the capacity to launch even the first attack, let alone the revists. Only the US is capable of such a major action, and right now all indications are that the US does not want this mess. Some experts suspect that all the inflammatory talk we are now hearing is being instigated by Israel and the Lobby in the hope of getting the US to change its attitude
