There's one point missing in this oath. While "always accepting the majority's verdict in any matter concerning all of the society of the state" - is good, it also opens the door for democratically elected governments such as Hammas recently and the Nazi back then. In other words, a true democracy is not just defined accepting the majority's veredict but at the same time, and perhaps most importantly, safeguarding the rights of the minorities.
