I just want to take one detail from this piece and comment on it. This is the idea that thousands of Israeli students would in an 'era of peace' study at Egyptian and Palestinian universities. These ' universities' are by and large Islamic religious institutes which train tens of thousands of people who are incompetent for dealing with the modern world. If the suggestion that Israelis might be trained in the Silicon valley in Bangalore in India , this might be make sense, but to suppose an education in a country whose educational system is dominated by fundamentalist Islam is sheer folly. I would also suggest that instead of worrying about how to bring more Arabs into Israel, the emphasis be put on the tens of thousands of Arabs illegally residing in Israel including thousands from Hebron who have for years been moving illegally into Jerusalem.
