As is often pointed out here in talkback, it takes 2 to make peace. After removing the doubletalk, your 'suggestions' really require Israel to move directly to the last phase of negotiations. Great. Then the Pals must also. Institute complete freedom of religion in what will then be Palestine - access to all holy places, including Joseph's Tomb and the Temple Mount-even for Jews; allow synagogues to stand, and be built in Palestine; institute real freedom of speech and the press; no more killing 'collaborators' - let Palestinians to sell and Jews & Christians to buy and own land fair and square in Palestine; permit Muslims to convert to other faiths without fear of death; stop the honor-killings; prosecute calls for jihad, even from the imams who receive money from the Saudis or Iranians; promise no more suicide bombers or murders of lost students and tourists near Ramallah or Jenin, etc; stop chasing Christians out of Bethlehem & other towns. Then what you say could make sense.
