Angry journalists, who initially boycotted the session, describe subcommittee's claims to be part of a 'witch hunt,' and slam Israel's 'authoritarian' efforts to clamp down on the media.14:27 09.02.16 | 2 comments
The arabs have attacked israel from day one, something you neglect to mention. Israel's fault and the subsequent arab 'catastrophe' is that she didn't get dumped into the sea, instead she won that first war and survived. Subsequent attacks were repulsed as well, and israel gained more ground. Refugee camps were not created by israel, they were created by the arabs who refused to integrate them into their societies and kept them on the border. In every war there are winners and losers, there are populations that become citizens of the victor, populations that move for example europe in the 40's and 50's, total upheaval of population, yet nobody remained a refugee for 60 years, except the arabs. This is before the "zealots" , so how they are to blame is beyond me. Since the "zealots" israel has given the arabs 91% of land won in war, perhaps a little "give" is needed from the arab side don't you think?
