gaza was given back in 2005 and hamas immediately destroyed all of the perfectly good greenhouses the israelis left to them....why? god forbid they should have used perfectly good greenhouses left by jews to feed their people...anyhow, that was in 2005...since then, hamas and the citizens who voted for them have put priority to the importation of weapons and missiles through the tunnels, while israel, the UN, USA and others allow in all sorts of food and aid...the markets are full, the beaches are lovely, the people have PLENTY of food....what they WONT get is missiles and cement to build bunkers... dean, answer this please; when hamas uses mosques , hospitals, homes and ambulances with with to conduct ILLEGAL TERROR activities against israel, a legitimate sovereign nation, and all this AFTER GAZA WAS GIVEN BACK, what is any country to do? Israel is by far the most humane country who when attacked, responds with force BUT goes out of its way to NOT involve innocents in any collateral damage, yet hamas, quite the opposite, goes out of ITS way to INTENTIONALLY target innocent israeli civilians....which is as you ought to know, a human rights violation and against the geneva convention. Even by hamas' accounting, only 300 or so innocent gazans died in cast lead....fewer by far than say syria or egypt or libya.... so dean....my question to you is....how can you lie to yourself and still feel you have ANY credibility. If Israel conducted itself as assad has, gaza would be a parking lot by now.... you so called peace activists are really just loons from the left who are full of you know what....
