Marching through the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood is nothing more than "Davka" (there's no perfect English translation of this word but it basically means "in your face Arabs" in this instance). It reminds me of when the American Nazi party choose to march in Skokie, Illinois - a suburb of Chicago - just to spite the Jews who lived there.
