Use your same sources to indicate the population of people - from the same Ottoman, Anglo sources you provided - to describe the demographics of ALL of Palestine (today Israel) as a whole. I'll give you a preview. 1850-1900, 95% Arab, 5% Jewish. By 1948, 70% Arab, 30% Jewish. And so forth.
