Hezbollah has the advantage over Israel to the extent that Hezbollah has no qualms about who gets killed or injured by its rocket attacks, as is traditional practice for Israel's enemies. So it is of no concern to Hezbollah if Israeli Arabs or Palestinians get killed or injured, since they can be conveniently classified as martyrs. Under the hugely heightened existential threat from Hezbollah's increased rocket capability, in consort with the tactic of utilising civilian enclaves from which to launch their rockets, Israel will have no choice but to abandon its preferred line of action, and deploy overwhelming and devastating force in retaliation, on Hezbollah and its Syrian backers.
