There might be a political argument to be made, but the UN Human Rights Council made very clear in the mid-2000s that human rights law does not apply to corporations--see the complete failure of the UN Human Rights Norms for Businesses, which would have made human rights legally binding on corporations, and the resurrection of the idea as non-legally-binding standards by John Ruggie, the UN Special Rapporteur for Business and Human Rights.
