There's no getting past the lessons of Lebanon II. Convergence isn't just an inappropriate idea or a bad idea. It's a dangerous idea! Strategic depth matters! Control of territory matters! It can make all the difference between the survival of the State or Israel or its demise. The sooner the 'asimon' drops for the left, the better.
