    between israel & Palestine.The PLO Declaration of Independence of 1988 called for that Partition Line plus Jerusalem as capital,plus ROR(right of refugees to return).My hunch:Hamas will accept East J as capital,but the rest stays the same as PLO Declaration.Now,if israel withdraws to the 1947 border then automatically the refugees are free to return to their homes & lands inside Palestine proper.Unfortunately,the state of israel started the problem of settlements.jews who want to live in Palestine may be permitted to stay on provided they are not living in settlements built illegally.That can be negotiated with Hamas.Also,they have the right to have an islamic state,if israel continues to be a jewish state.One thing for sure,the only thing that will save the situation is the rule of Law.And here it is israel that is not in compliance with 181&194.in 1947 israel accepted 181,since then has flouted all UN Resolutions.At this stage I seriously don't believe that israel has any other optio
