The first filter to any story is the "consistency test", i.e. logical (common-sensical) structure. If you tell me that Turks killed 1.5 million Armenians in 1914-1922, you are basically saying: - Armenians are nearly extinct: Ottoman pop. was no more than 1.5 million. But, we see millions living across Armenia, France, USA, Lebanon, and, YES, TURKEY. As soon as Armenia was created, it assembled an army to go to war with Turkey. Do Armenians reproduce like single-cell amoeba that they made up for their casualties overnight? - Turks waited 900 years to do "what they always wanted". Why wait so long? Was Sultan Suleiman The Magnificant worried about looking bad to the French, who were a protectorate of the Ottomans at the time? - Turks attack without reason. So, how come Turks managed to stay out of WW2, the Balkan Wars, wars in the Caucasus, even the current Iraq War despite multi-billion $ bribe? (remember how Turks were ridiculed for it?) Please, some sense!?
