    to the same place he started from. It's called neurotic stupidity. Israel also agrees verbally and then does the opposite. Witness the commitment to dismantle the outposts and colonies. And they have done, how many to date? One, and that is being reestablished. In rejecting the Saudi plan,as nothing but a ruse to bring about the destruction of Israel,the pessimists are saying that by allowing qassams to fall on TA, Jer.the airports,that the Saudis are really more interested in seeing instability,conflict continue in the region and that peace is not ultimately in their interest, that they have no qualms about the Iranians playing off the continuation of conflict which would undermine their own Saudi regime.The Saudis are only too aware of what a continuation of the conflict means for moderate Arab nations.They want it settled.I believe Israel feels this is a risk not woth taking and will prefer to continue its occupation and use the refugee question as the bullet to shoot down the plan.
