Your statement shows a complete ignorance about entry regulations on most democratic countries in the world, especially in the European Union member countries. You can freely move between the member countries if you have an EU nationality, but if you are coming from out of the EU you get normally a tourist visa at the entry point, limited to 3 months only and you are not allowed to work. Also there are many nationalities that require a visa application before arrival. This is exactly the way it works in Israel too...
