Everywhere else in the world there is stiff competition for international students, and English-language programs to cater to them. In Israel, the very country to which many excellent undergraduate and graduate students could gravitate, nothing. These are fee-paying students of high standards. Israel needs to catch up in this area, which will help it fund universities into the future.
