    The settlers should start to pay back all the interest-free loan, tax exemptions, subsidies and other extra gifts and services they have been receiving. The returned money, which would be a huge amount, should be used to improve the lives of honest tax-paying, law-abiding Israelis who struggle to make ends meet within the State of Israel (within the Green Line), including poor people who are facing particularly difficult times in towns like Sderot.
