If John Kerry is to succeed he must be given permission to use all the Instruments of PRESSURE to MOVE Israel to ACCEPT the Proposed Peace (Withdrawal from ALL the 1967/1973 Occupied Territories for Total Peace. The U.S. and the EU must accept responsibilities and Guarantee the Peace and Stability of ALL M.E. Countries - including that of Palestine - until a Peaceful and Stable situation is reached.
