Although the subject is serious, it is amusing to compare the visions of our two Haaretz Stakhanovist collaborators and those of famous Palestinian figures, using modest and hopeful words: Sari Nusseibeh, former leader of the first Intifada, President of Al-Qods University, expose in the Jerusalem Post, on 26 April (no free link available, just jpost.com), an original and courageous vision of the conflict, and propose some ideas to work to resolve it. The intense words of the Palestinian Poet Mahmoud Darwish on the recent events in Gaza can be found in Haaretz. He says that no solution could be found till Arabs and Palestinians refuse their own tasks and responsibilities. http://www.haaretz.com/hasen/spages/873759.html Recently, the Palestinian Hanna Siniora (co-president of the Israel/Palestine Center for Research and Information) suggested on 30 june in the Jerusalem Times, how to apprehend the future, with a real audacity. http://www.jerusalem-times.net/main.asp?edition=586
